There are two comfortable bedrooms in the apartment, the master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a large in suite bathroom, and the other with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobe, there is also other bathroom with shower. The apartment also boast a beautiful terrace, that is perfect for outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, including a fridge, oven, and coffee maker.

It is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet it is close to all the amenities that the city has to offer. The apartment is fully furnished and provided everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, silent air condition, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart tv, fresh linen is included in cleaning price as well .

The apartment is really fresh and ventilated thanks of the location and terrace, making it perfect to be out on the hottest days.

The residential is perfectly located only few minutes from the beach and between Malaga and Marbella.

A residential with few neighbours, decorated with 2 outdoor swimming pools and a tropical garden to always be in contact with nature and the sea.

We are reachable by train, the Carvajal train station is close to the complex. The train typically runs every 20 minutes in both directions. From our station you can reach Fuengirola in 7 minutes, and Malaga Historic Centre in 35 minutes.

By Car – Access to all major highways are just minutes away by car. You can reach Malaga’s Historic centre in 30 minutes, or you can be on the beaches of Marbella in 25-30 minutes and Fuengirola down town in less than 10 minutes.

There is also a free shuttle to the beach and the closest supermarket, goes up and down every 30 minutes.

Aiming up the hills, you can be in the white village of Mijas sipping in less than 15 minutes.

The area is very well serviced by taxis and Uber or Bolt drivers.
