Upon entering you are welcome by the open plan spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant dinning room, which gives more space, thanks also to the terrace that opens to nature through its large windows, with open views to enjoy the sunsets of the Costa del Sol.

Upstairs the sleeping area, with three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a private terrace and in suite bathroom and the other two with a bathroom to share in the hallway, the entire floor has underfloor heating for the coldest winter nights. Downstairs it is a cosy and private studio with high ceiling, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden.

It also has large spaces and lots of light, with an innovative architecture and with large windows to enjoy these wonderful views and sunsets, plus a parking space at the entrance, to make your daily life easier.

Inside the house every detail has been taken care of, decorated with love and style.  Outside the residential has a swimming pool that’s that blends into nature in an environment surrounded by lawns, trees and flowering plants.
