It is a lovely and modern first floor apartment featuring with two spacious terraces, the uncovered terrace offers sunbeds and a barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the privacy of your home and organizing star-lit barbecues with family and friends. The second terrace is covered, providing a cosy dining area to enjoy the crisp winter nights.

The living room is bright and fresh, with plenty of natural light and different comfortable sofas for lounging. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, including a fridge, oven, and coffee maker.

We are reachable by train, the Carvajal train station is walking distance to the apartment, by car, the access to all major highways are just minutes away. You can reach Malaga’s Historic centre in 30 minutes, or you can be on the beaches of Marbella in 25-30 minutes & Fuengirola down town in less than 10 minutes.
