Welcome to Villa Serenity, a Mediterranean-style villa located above the coast in the exclusive area of La Capellania, offering open sea views and comfortable spaces for a relaxing stay.

The property features a pergola-covered driveway with parking for two cars, as well as space for a motorbike and bicycles. The entrance leads into a bright and open-plan home designed to make the most of natural light and views.

On the main level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and spending time together. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. A few steps down leads to the split-level living and dining area, with large windows and panoramic sea views. A small work area with desks faces the sea, suitable for remote work. From the living area, you can access a wraparound terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.

This floor also includes two bedrooms, both with access to a private terrace, and one shared bathroom.

On the lower level, the villa offers a barbecue area, a saltwater pool, and an independent apartment with two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small open-plan kitchen. This layout works well for two families or groups who want shared spaces as well as privacy.

The villa is surrounded by a landscaped garden with several seating areas and open views. Villa Serenity is well suited for guests looking for space, comfort, and a quiet coastal setting.

By car: The property offers quick access to major highways. Málaga’s historic centre is approximately 25 minutes away, Marbella’s beaches can be reached in 35 minutes, and Fuengirola town centre is less than 10 minutes by car. The area is very well serviced by taxis and Uber drivers.
