The property features a pergola-covered driveway with parking for two cars, as well as space for a motorbike and bicycles. The entrance leads into a bright and open-plan home designed to make the most of natural light and views.

On the main level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and spending time together. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. A few steps down leads to the split-level living and dining area, with large windows and panoramic sea views. A small work area with desks faces the sea, suitable for remote work. From the living area, you can access a wraparound terrace, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing.

This floor also includes two bedrooms, both with access to a private terrace, and one shared bathroom.

On the lower level, the villa offers a barbecue area, a saltwater pool, and an independent apartment with two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, and a small open-plan kitchen. This layout works well for two families or groups who want shared spaces as well as privacy.
